Magician displays a pitcher full of milk. He borrows a hat from a member of the audience and proceeds to pour the milk from the pitcher into the hat. The hat is now tossed back to its owner and found to be clean and dry. The milk has VANISHED, and the pitcher is now only half full.

The Magician picks a spectator to help with a trick. The Magician hands the spectator a foot long black magic wand, and when he pulls away, there are now two wands, one in the spectator's hand and one still in the Magician's hand! Nothing new there your saying, well for some reason in the motion of passing the wand a “Loud Groaning” noise is heard from what you think is the spectators arm, plus the wand has multiplied! The Magician now hands the spectator the second wand, and when he pulls away another groaning noise is heard from the wand and guess what? Another wand has appeared!

The Magician, getting a bit confused at this point and moves moves one of the wands from the spectator's hand to underneath the spectator's arm there’s the groaning noise again -it’s got to be the spectators arm. The Magician hands off the third wand into the spectator's free hand, again a groan is heard and what’s more a fourth wand has now appeared. The Magician again frees the spectator's hand by placing one of the wands underneath the spectator's other arm There’s another groaning noise heard which by this time has the Boys and girls in fits of laughing. Once again the Magician hands the spectator the wand, to once again multiply into a fifth wand! With no room left on the spectator, the Magician places the fifth wand under the spectator's chin and guess what!! Yip there’s another loud groaning noise heard from the spectator. The Magician is totally confused your helper and audience are laughing like mad, and only now are you ready to begin your trick!"

Each wand is made from unbreakable plastic tube heat shrink wrapped in hard wearing, high grade vinyl of the following colours Black, Red, Blue, Yellow & Black again. Each wand comes with white tips and moulded caps on the ends.

This classic prop can be used to obtain many comedy effects and gives the performer an item to use in an audience participation act.
The performer produces a fan and proceeds to fan some item, explaining that it must be fanned in order to operate properly. He then hands the fan to the "victim" selected from the audience, and tells him to be sure to keep fanning. As the spectator takes the fan and attempts to open it, the fan opens up into separate segments and the spectator finds it impossible to do anything with it. The more he turns the fan the more it becomes confused. The performer then takes it and with a few twists it again becomes normal. However when ever any one else attempts to use it, the fan falls apart again.

20th Century Splendo

Amongst the finest, most effective and most popular of Silks effects are the 20th Century Silks, and the Silk Blendo. By themselves they are both excellent and complete, and will add a splash of colour and mystery to any act.
We have now combined both these effects into a single routine, using one set of silks, and giving you twice the surprise and twice the mystery for the price of just one trick.

In effect, the magician displays a large Magic Wand about 18" long and 1" in dia. Threaded through three holes in the Wand are three separate different coloured Silks. The middle Silk is pulled out from the Wand and vanished. When the other two Silks are removed from the Wand, the vanished Silk re-appears, tied between the other two Silks. (This is the classic 20th Century Silks effect).
The performer now takes the chain of three small Silks, and passes them through his hands. When the Silks emerge, they are seen to have blended into a large striped Silk in three different colours. (This is the classic Blendo effect).

The entire effect is mechanical. There is no substitution of Silks, or any fancy moves involved.

The Peanut Butter

What could be better for your Kids Shows than doing a trick with that old staple-the the kids favourite food peanut butter and jam sandwiches! Ajar of peanut butter and a jar of jam are displayed. A black cover is placed over each jar. Under your command the peanut butter and jam switch places. You show the boys and girls a funny looking front loading washing machine

You explain to the boys and girls that this washing machine doesn’t use any water it runs on a very special Magic washing powder (supplied )
This miniature washing machine will only wash the smelliest and dirtiest of Sweaty socks.  After finding the socks which are the smelliest and dirtiest (always yours never the children’s)

You put the dirty socks inside and close the front door.  The child turns the on button on but oops the button falls off in the Childs hand ….

Upon opening the front door the socks come out, but unfortunately they have now totally changed colour (oops its gone wrong).  The only thing you and your young helper can do is try to put things right.  By adding the magic washing powder which you forgot to put into the machine the first time … this time you put the socks back in and give the “Special washing powder” to your helper to add a loud squeaking noise is heard from the Washing powder tin (don’t worry it’s the powder) when you show the boys and girls the name of the magic washing powder you should get groans from the mums and dads ) The door is closed the machine turned on.  This time the off button falls but attached to it is a long rainbow silk  which falls to the floor …This isn’t going well at all really when the socks are removed yip you’ve guesses it there have  totally changed colour again …

The total amount of changes is four and of course all comes well in the end with the dirty sweaty sock ending up nice and clean ready for you to wear tomorrow …

1 Colour Changing Wand

This set consists of two silks, 18” square. One is a black and white picture with a birthday cake, two bunnies and the words, “Happy Birthday.” The other is the same picture, but in four beautiful colours. Using a changing device  (change bag), the black and white silk is transformed into the full-colour silk. I like to toss four coloured silks into a change bag, along with the black and white silk, and then reveal the coloured picture. Add a colour changing wand for a great routine. Bongos Giant Hat

A super kids show bit of business. You show a blue hat, which you place on your young helper's head. Oops, it's too small ... so you expand it into a bigger green hat. No, still too small ... so you make it into an even bigger red hat.

Not big enough (by this time the hat is getting ridiculously large), so you expand it into a bigger polka dot hat. You do it again, and turn it into a giant striped hat!

The Mystical CRYSTAL TUBE

 Three silk handkerchiefs, each of a different colour are freely displayed to the audience. A clear, plastic tube is displayed and then the silks are placed into the tube, one at a time. The end of the tube is then placed to your lips and the silks are blown skyward. When they come down, they are tied together!

THE  NAUGHTY SILK  GLASSES

You Show Three glasses are on a tray.  The end glass has a silk in it. By passing the tray behind your back, or covering it for just a second, the silk is now shown to have jumped  to the glass at the other end of the tray . It doesn't take long before the audience begin to suspect that you are just turning the tray around.  Suddenly and magically  the silk visibly hops out of the glass and into the centre glass right in front of your audience.  There are many many uses for this great little item in your Next Children's show  a true winner in any act ..

COREY'S AMAZING BALANCING BOTTLE OF POP

Magic with a borrowed bottle of pop.

Throughout your performance you keep trying to balance a bottle of pop on to a round wooden magic wand. Of course even the youngest member of the audience knows this is totally impossible!!
Try as you might, as many times as you like, the bottle of pop will not balance on the wand, it just keeps falling off!  It's obvious really!  This is repeated throughout your performance as many times as you wish.  You just can't do, but you do get great laughs from the audience when you try!!!
The mums and dads can try and they can't do it either, the boys and girls try they can't do it.  Just as you are about to finish your performance you get the littlest or youngest member of the audience to have a go. Guess what?  The littlest, youngest member of your audience can actually balance the bottle on the wand, not only that the little ^$&$&& (I think that's meant to be angel) can even walk backwards and forwards with the bottle balanced on the wand.  The climax of the effect is a great laugh getter from all in the audience and really does get a big laugh.
